It is with MUCH excitement and joy that we announce that the nesting box built in 2016 with the bricks from the old sanatorium is now officially occupied by a nesting pair of Chimney Swifts(Armand and Béatrice)!

The other chimney, occupied since 2015, also continues to welcome a couple every year. This news bodes well for the twenty or so nesting boxes we’ve installed over the past few years at Lac Édouard…
